Just to double-check, everyone in this thread has updated their Apple mobile device to IOS 17.4.1 and that's when this problem started?

How about now? We made a small change. In theory, I think IOS 17.4.1 may be automatically trying to play a format of videos that they do not support. Hopefully now, they may be forced to play a version that is supported on their mobile devices.
Please give me feedback to let me know if this is fixed or not. Or let us know if our solution broke something else in the process.:confused: |
