If you're a longtime social nudist like my wife and I, it's going to be difficult even guesstimating. Unless you take the time to estimate the amount of people at a nude beach/resort every single visit over a period of years.

My wife is not one of the "low-key" nudist women who sit naked by the pool/ocean and cover up every time they get up either. She walks around naked everywhere, starts conversations with random people, participates in activities, etc... So her being noticed and seen naked is going to be by 100% of the people there.

My wife has had an adventurous sex life before me; but almost exclusively with the lights off. She was recently joking with a friend that more people have seen her with naked - including up close and with her legs open - in broad daylight since nudism, than during that period of her life.
For her it's more about freedom than sex. That works for me too.
