I agree.

The confidence gained by being openly naked at a nude beach/resort can translate perfectly into more being daring outside of nudist venues.

After a day at the resort, my wife is often feeling "liberated" and will wear a short dress/onesie with no underwear back from the venue. She's a lot self-conscious about the looks she gets because heck, everyone from the nudist venue just saw her completely naked. Her self-consciousness is "on pause" for a while.

Resort

I agree.

The confidence gained by being openly naked at a nude resort can translate into more body confidence. But start at a resort not beach because everyone at the resort will be there for the right reasons and thus make it more comfortable.

She will find everyone is very nice to her and it will end up being social. The biggest gain will be in how she feels about herself.
