Since you are asking about opinions... unless they are very saggy, or damaged through accident or surgery - I wouldn't recommend them. ie: on a documentary, a 19yr old woman had b-Cup size breasts, but they were pancakes - that ended up below her rib-cage. I've seen women who DIDn'T need breasts jobs and shake my head.

I've had women with fakes (they are called fakes, after all) but mostly real ones of every size (A~F). I've dated one woman with a very NICE set of fakes Ds that were obviously fake, but extremely well done. A few weeks later I meet my future wife and I very much love her A-Cups any day. They did turn into Bs for a while during pregnancy which we both enjoyed. I would break up with her if she got a boob-job.

There is a site called: Rate my melons (I'm not promoting them) - But its a good educational site to compare breasts. They have them by FAKE vs REAL A / B / C / D / DD / F cups.

After looking at many photos and showing them to my wife... I take a natural real health breast over fakes any day. I also showed them to her SO she can see how odd that even fake B-Cups look like (She used to dream of buying C cups).

There are breast lifts operations available too, if needed. And as a recent article came out... about a well known actress who has gone from DD back to natural Bs... its easier on her back, and they have to be REPLACED every 7~12 years or so.

It should be her decision and you need to be supportive either way. Personally, I don't care for fake tits and would be very disappointed if my wife had a boob job, but she would be more likely to get a reduction instead of an increase.

Tell her you like her tits and body just fine the way she is, but if she wants more up there then that is fine too. But that a boob job should be for her, not you.

As I tell my kids and employees, my advice is worth exactly what you paid for it......but I would like to share this anecdote with you.
I have a friend (actually more of an acquaintance, She is the girlfriend of an employee) that had a beautiful shape. Mid 40's....full B maybe small C but they were really perky and fit her body.
She would go without a bra and they would not sag in the least.
The guy that works for me showed me a topless picture he had taken of her pre-surgery.
She would get a guy, they would be great for a few months and they he would leave.
She thought it was her figure, which to me was fantastic.
She went to a plastic surgeon and had them increased to DD.
Borrowed money to do it.
They really don't fit her body. They kinda look gross to be quite honest.
Anyway, because she went so big, her 40+ year old skin couldn't take the stretching all at once. She called my employee one morning in hysterics. The stitches under her boob pulled out and she ended up in the emergency room getting put back together.
She became so consumed with her breast issues that my employee ended up dumping her because he couldn't handle the psychological problems.

So the moral of the story is........... Take your time, if she proceeds make the boobs fit her body.. and get a good surgeon.

Big breasts are more of a pain than anything else..
After the novelty wares off, " what are you looking at", "I can't find anything that fits", "all you men think about:, are big tits", "Try going down stairs with a couple pounds strapped to your nuts, see how that feels", "you want me to go braless, are you nuts"..

Small breasts, can go braless & tease the shit out of all the guys, & piss off all her girlfriends.
I remember to this day a girl in the office going braless withe small breast, bending over when I came to check their work... Thanks Marie....

Boob Job
 

As others have written, and written well, this is a touchy subject. In fact I love touching this subject.:D
Our own daughter, very slim and nicely shaped, just had to get a boob job. She always kidded her mother about not being our kid because mommy has large boobs and she got cheated.
Daughter's boob job to me was not near large enough. They look quite real and natural. I only looked once at them bare but have seen more than a daddy should see exposed from her clothes. She started dressing more like her mom and her girfriends after the boob job. I think hers are just right. Most would never know she had a boob job. This is the size I'd recommend. Enough to be able to wear anything she wants yet nothing too outstanding and fake looking.

My own wife, no longer a kid, considered a reduction for years because her natural tits were way too large and heavy. As others mentioned she sufffered back and neck pain constantly even though I personally loved them larger than life. Of course my back was fine.
Coincidentally after retiring my wife was bitten on the left breast by a Brown Recluse spider. Many surgeries by a very good plastic surgeon saved it. Local doctors wanted to remove her boob. It took two surgeries to get rid of the poison and reconstruct her left breast. She had a choice. She could have gotten one inplant to match the larger right boob. Together we chose to have the right one reduced so they matched. Hers are still very nice for her age but now have very light scars where her nipples had to be raised.
Being a boob lover and since flashing is her life we went through hell. But as I told my wife I'd rather have her alive with no tits than dead. It was her choice.
As it is she still goes braless and often topless or nude at beaches. Dollie still has men friends who enjoy fondling and staring. Most have no idea her titties have been reduced. To us it's a toss up....are they real or a boob job? Since the only thing inside is natural muscle and flesh we call them natural. Personally we don't care what others think.
We also feel that way about the many gals we've met here in Florida with fake titties of all sizes. It's what makes them happy and their personality that counts? We guess that way over 10,000 men have felt Dollie's titties before and after plus i've felt as many as 5000 boobs myself. Yes boobs are our life! But that does not make us professionals.

I'd suggest to any woman, go for the boob job. But keep them realistic or you will later regret it. We've seen women with "Hersey Kisses" that are beautiful and fun to fondle.

One of my closer friends recently had augmentation done with her own body fat enriched with stem cells. Since no incisions were made you could not tell and there are no telltale creases from implants.
They appear to have lost some size since the operation. But I can not tell except that they are bigger now than before.

She was a full "B" cup and ended up an "A" after breast feeding two kids. she got up to a rock hard "D" wile breast feeding.

She now wobbles between a C and D depending upon time of month.

Just an option to traditional augmentation.

They even feel real because they are. My wife is even considering them.

But they must be her decision.

My wife wants to know... if its possible form them to "take the fat cells out of my guy" (me - the guy) and injected them into her A (officially half-A cup) breasts.

Her humor is coming back...

Tell her you'll deposit your cells on her tits topically and she can rub them in :)
