Yes, it will be on over-the-air TV (D8).
I think censorship of those kind of programm is quiet logic in a french context. Exhibitionnism is strictly forbidden by french laws. That's why there isn't WNBR in Paris or in other french cities.
Artistic nudity is still present on cinema screen or on stage but not on TV anymore (if you compare with older period). French over-the-air TV channels don't want to frighten the advertizers.
