Just wondering, though : For a charge of public indecency, doesn't that imply that some member of the public might actually be offended ?? A couple of suggestions : Perhaps the great state of Oregon could seek to employ officers who are not QUITE so prissy ... Or, if the State Trooper does happen to have such overly tender sensibilities, possibly he or she could refrain from seeking out materials that they do find offensive. Hey, I'm no Oregon State Trooper, but that's what I do !!

Not only was she not caught, but the clip demonstrates a keen awareness of not being seen by anyone in the library.

Anyone seeing her naked in the library is doing it by stumbling across her on a porn site, or seeking out the clip because they heard about it.

In both cases, the content isn't a surprise to the viewer.

What's more, I'd bet money that library is stocked with with a wide range of books on sexuality, and staffed by people who would scream bloody murder if this girl was taking pictures, in that same library, for a book that would sit on one of its shelves, but had to be removed for the sake of indecency.
