For those of you who are in this seemingly desperate situation, let me tell you. I know of 2 couples who have been told that the man had low sperm count. Low doesn't mean impossible. Both couples now have 2 children each, conceived in the natural way, they didn't pray, they didn't do it upside down, they just had patience and didn't stress over it. Stress will make it harder to conceive.

I also know two couples who struggled for years trying to conceive due to a low sperm count. In both cases they kind of gave up the "trying", the fertility calendar, etc. One couple got a cat, which the wife spoiled rotten. 6 months later- pregnant. The other took an overdue vacation. Soon after they got back- pregnant. Seems like getting rid of the stress was key.

Now, back to my usual perversity :)

A couple I know was desesperate. They adopted a child, and a few months later, the wife got pregnant.

I never told them about my vasectomy, I figured they would have wanted a test sample before we started. They never asked so I took full advantage. They eventually gave up.
