Also, I have just compared the original clips to these edited versions, the resolution seems to have dropped quite dramatically. I've attached an example - compare this to the same segment in the 2nd clip I posted from my previous post..

I think when rotating a vertical shot to a horizontal, it's inevitable that it's going to either be scaled (reduced in size), or clipped (removing the edges), I think I'll take another shot at this to get better results. Maybe i should just clip the edges..

Any updates coming on your original work? I'd be very happy to see it!
