it must be a popular sport

When I was a kid doing archery, we always wore an arm guard on our bow-arm to protect it from string burn. And, as I recall, the legend of the Amazons included the bit about them removing their right breasts because it interfered with the string in shooting arrows. So, has any female here ever shot a bow/arrow while nude? Does it work? Or are all these great shots of naked women and bows just posed?

I've been involved with archery for about 40 years, mostly Olympic style archery. Some of the women wear a breast protector, a piece of mesh fabric with straps that holds their boob out of the way of the string. Most women just mash the string into the side of the breast. Unless she has a very open stance (facing the shoulders towards the target instead of right angles), the string shouldn't catch her nipple at all.
Just as examples, in post #11, picture 3 the girl has a very open stance. The girl in the first picture in post #11 has a closed stance.
In my opinion, most of the archers shown in this thread are not really experienced shooters.
