ENF stripping scene
 

It's from the old PlayBoy channel back from the mid80s. It's originally in English. The woman with the "magic" powers is a alien and she creats a "diversion" by ripping the other woman's dress off so they can steel back a hair dryer that has telekenetic (sp) powers. Not exactly Oscar material but great enf non the less.

But do you know where exactly it came from? What was the name of the show and/or the episode in which it appeared?

In any case, a bit of deductive work has led me to believe that this is indeed from an Electric Blue, #39 in the UK version of the series and #46 in the US version series. It has the title 'Very Close Encounters'. Unfortunately both are nowhere to be found (you can find US 39 and UK 46 but these are different, obviously).

If anyone happens to find it...?

I was thinking it was from the playboy video magazine series. It seems similar to buzzed where the lady strips naked cause there is a bee in her car and gets pulled over. The magazine series had comedic short sketches which seems like where this would be from. I saw buzzed on one of the back covers on one of the magazine video series volumes.

But that being said, both the electric blue series and the playboy magazine video series are no where to be found on the internet in full, better off just buying them on ebay and hoping for the best. Hopefully we can find the source for this one day.
