There is a very easy way to make a screen cap.

Play the vid, pause at the image you want, hit "prt sc" (print screen)

open paint and hit crtl+v and it will past the screen shot. now just edit out the extra from the screen shot and you're done.

you don't need to hold alt. just hit print screen and then paste in paint. That is how it is on mine at least.

Wish more people would put screen caps. It would really save people time.

No, it's not the same thing. Printscreen captures everything on your monitor(s). Alt + printscreen just captures the active window.
