Hate to show my age, but there was a time when they used to have skirt blowers in funhouses in the U.S. Can you imagine the uproar if someone tried that today? Anyhow, that's just what we kids used to do. More women used to wear skirts then, and there were lots and lots of white cottons underneath. Never saw anyone pantyless though.

True story... This reminds me of a ride I went on when I was a teenager (I am now 60). The ride was a huge sphere and you went inside and had to stand at the wall with your arms to your side. They turned the ride on the whole sphere started going around and around at a pretty high speed. Centrifugal force (don't know if I'm spelling this right) kept you plastered to the wall and you couldn't move until the machine stopped. Well a girl across from me made the mistake of getting on the ride in a short skirt, which promptly blew up around her waist when the ride started. There was absolutely nothing she could do but give everyone on the ride a panty show for the duration of the ride. I will remember that day 'til the day I died!!

I had an old vid to post on this thread which I can't find anymore, from years ago.

It was a blonde in a black dress (not really a mini dress, thigh length, floral print) walking in a funhouse over a wind vent and the dress blows up and completely goes up to her head for a second, exposing her bottom AND top (yes she's braless). It was from many years ago, one of the first that I remember seeing. If anyone has that vid to post, please post it here, it was a very short clip in duration.
