I can understand that there are certain rules that have to be followed; but why is the very same picture removed for one user and allowed for someone else? :confused:

I can't say definitively, but I suspect the answer is that the duplicate of the removed picture simply hasn't been seen by a mod yet. What puzzles me, though, is why the first two iterations were unacceptable in the first place; in that vein I'd suggest that whenever possible (if the violation and/or violator aren't too egregious) a moderator removing part of a post leave some explanation, as the second excision in this thread did, namely "***** MAINSTREAM MOVIE CAPS REMOVED *****"
So as not to seem (or not exclusively!) pedantic, here are some pictures relating to the thread theme: for me, seeing 'neath the loincloth is what's key...
Edit: my slow connection meant the reply I started before Slick's response didn't post until after his did; not to be too argumentative, but I didn't recognize the picture in question as professional, and had often seen it without watermarks at non-pay sites; how are we to be sure, especially when some sites add watermarks to pictures they neither originate nor pay for, i.e. they repost exactly as many of us here do? |
