Strip! was an interesting show, it featured two teams, three girls vs. three guys. They competed in a quiz-show of some kind, with professional strip-shows interspersed. The winning team got money, a gift-card or some such prize, while the losing team didn't get anything, unless one of them volunteered to do a striptease on the stage at the end. Some of the girls could look like they expected it, and could possibly have been plants, but others looked like genuine amateurs and acted a bit shy about it all. The girls usually ended up full-frontal when they stripped, while the guys hid their junk.

I think it aired in the late 90's or so, so all the videos are fairly poor quality compared to todays caps, but they were still good.

There also was a show in the early '80's called Everything Goes!. The female losers were nude while the males hid their junk. It may have been British.

I don't know if these are from actual japanese game shows, or they're staged, but here's a few more.
