I am a little confused about this group business, why not just post your photos here?

I simply decided as an experiment to make a collection of them in one easy to find place, that's all. Actually I'm astonished how many members it has got already. How many of these members are really interested I don't know, it was just a subject no one else had started.

To me, it just seems that people (who are just curious) have to join another group, to see the photos. I would have just posted a new thread here or a similar section here. That way, everybody can see the photos (at a glance) without having more levels of 'virtual' officialdom.

From my point of view, I cannot see any advantage in this system (but, each to their own), can you chuck out members? If so, I might just have seen that advantage;):D:D
