first off, great post.

There is much I can add to this. Also, we have posts at OCC featuring Fuck for forest, the ultimate dreadlock gang. Also, there is Flickr user "new illuminatus" although she doesn't seem to have too many pics up anymore. I have posted a lot from her old website, blogcharm.com which is no longer in existance. New illuminatus has friends at flickr too.

And I'm sure you are aware of Portland's own "Hippie goddess" photographer, David Levine, who posts at Flickr (user David and Emma). Possibly that first pic you posted taken in front of the "thing" on Collins Beach was taken by him.
