kidbrother, one of the most prolific recorders of stage nudity, uses spy glasses. He's made many videos (example) and always gets away with it. If you were to keep the glasses in your pocket and wait to put them on until the house lights go down, you should be good to go. The people looking for recording devices are most likely looking for cameras and phones, I would imagine, and probably wouldn't be too suspicious of someone just putting on a pair of glasses, and they would be harder to spot as spy glasses in the dark.
