2003 was a huge year, maybe the biggest crowd ever. So it will be hard to pinpoint your people without more graphic guidance. I just went thru my pics for 03 and 04 , and I can't see any with all the attributes you posted.
( Blue thong , sunhat , skinny , beads ). I took over 500 pictures each year , including some rather broad crowd shots in that area, and I just don't see it.

I didn't mean to come across as 'rude', but I echo what Alex said about the crowd and number of photos taken. I have well over 400 from 2003 and have probably posted well over 60 or 70 of them, of the crowd in this thread alone. Just browsing this thread should show at least one photo of what that person is looking for. Alex must be a much more patient person than I am, It takes time, and quite a bit of it, to look through all our personal files. and with so little info, including not even being sure of the year or if it was a July or August show, That is an impossible request to honor.
It even takes quite a bit of time to look in a particular file, and post 10 or so photos here, and hope you don't duplicate the photos from an earlier post.
Hell, I haven't even started on 2004 yet.
