Gelbooru.com is a great source, and if you register a login, you can filter tags that you don't want to see, which is a GREAT touch.

Use underscores instead of spaces for search terms. Otherwise, nothing will show up. Spaces indicate a separate tag.

I think his name is Izayoi Seishin. He is an amazing artist, that draws very voluptuous, "western"-style women. Not all ENF, but man, that guy can draw!
