Cynics may point to this phrase in the complaint “Approximately ten years ago, the Park began being used by people from outside the neighborhood for public nudity..." as revealing the true objection they have: non-neighborhood people deigning to sully the sensibilities of "our sort" (i.e. those with net worth north - often far north - of 50 million dollars) by having the audacity to use a public park for getting nekkid.
