I've not been to a nude sauna myself, but an ex-girlfriend went to one in Berlin (Vabali, I think) a couple of years back.

We had been travelling Europe together for a couple of months with three of her girlfriends. I had to get back for work, so I left her with her friends in Berlin to continue their travels. Literally the day after I got home, she messaged me to say she and her friends had been to the nude spa.

I was totally gutted. I wasn't entirely sure how I felt about other people seeing my girlfriend naked for starters (I was pretty protective over things like that back then)... but I was even more gutted that I didn't have the opportunity to join them and get to see her hot girlfriends naked!

It's been one of those opportunities I've always regretted... but c'est la vie.

I enjoyed an excellent visit to Amsterdam earlier in 2023 which included a couple of sauna experiences. As an English guy, I find it exhilarating to see attractive young females comfortable in a nude environment. A huge cultural difference compared to the UK. I also like to show off my body too (albeit in a subtle and respectful way).

First, I went to Sauna Van Edmond. There was plenty of eye candy to enjoy throughout most of the day. A notable moment came in the sauna when one lady struck up conversation with a couple of early 20 something girls about their tattoos, i was sat between them and one girl was talking through her various tattoos so i could be checking her out whilst seemingly looking at her tattoos. Also a couple of youngish American women came in to the showers which brought on a semi for me. I saw them later in the changing room and heard that they mentioned men get excited in passing.. pretty sure that was mentioned as they knew i was also in the changing room. One more encounter, i spotted a young English couple i'd say both approx 19, the boyfriend had a semi for quite some time. I went in to the showers when they were in there, this brought on a semi for me too. Although she looked a little sheepish, I hope the young lady was flattered about the two semis on show.

The following day I went to Spa Zuiver, much bigger than the more local community feel of Sauna Van Egmond. Another feast for the eyes. The first moment that springs to mind on this visit was the arrival of two early twenties ladies. They headed straight for the shower. I thought i'd follow suit. I was checking the girls out and yes i got excited again. The look on one girls face suggested she didn't mind at all, she turned around to face me and kept her gaze in my direction as she washed herself. I definitely got the feeling the tight bodied brunette was a bit of an exhibitionist. Saw the duo later in the jacuzzi. there was an older fella in there who i think was wanking under the water. The two ladies got out of the jazuzi after a while but lingered around the area as me and the older guy were clearly having a very good look and neither of us hid this. Overall a positive experience from my time in Amsterdam. I have ties in Brussels, Belgium. This will be next on my list for nudey spa fun. Any recommendations would be most welcome.

I've only had the opposite experience. Went to a big German spa with a platonic female friend.she had massive bush and was definitely getting some looks.practicly all the girls there were shaved, a few closely trimmed but no other natural bushes.

No it shrinks when it gets very hot. Erections in sauna is no no, people can complain to the staff and in worst case you can be thrown out.

I am quite sure you would have enjoyed a mixed nude sauna also without erections. There are big saunas, in several spa's, with space for more than 100 people. It’s an experience to share 15 minutes in a packed sauna with people of all ages and all sizes.

Previously been to Vabali in Berlin and based on chats with friends who had also been to these type of saunas, the clientelle in Vabali (mainly 20-50) is perhaps not representative of all saunas so I'm hoping for something similar to that- and somewhere which will be busy.

That is easy. Only one sauna world with a nude pool in Prague - Aquapalace Čestlice. Several saunas inside with a pool where you can swim. Sauna and jacuzzi also outside. Nicely mixed, all ages. 10 minutes by bus from Metro stop.

There are many saunas all around Prague, I can share some tips (Saunaspot, Saunia...), but none with a swimming pool where you can be nude.

And same as in Germany and Austria, majority is shaved. ;)

After my last spa visit, I can confirm that there are much more hairy pussies around than during summer. 2 girls in there early 20’s was totally natural, not a single body hair removed. Thanks for sharing the tips with me previously and now I would like to share some notable encounters. As I visited several saunas on different days, perhaps I will share the story in parts. Also to make it easier for the readers as well.

Part I

On a rainy weekday after work, I went to a sauna which was accessible by public transport. As it was my first time there, I felt quite nervous during the commute to the facility. The receptionist handed me an electronic wristband for the locker. Even though I mentioned that it was my first time visiting a sauna, she didn’t provide any explanation, except which door to enter.

In the changing room, there was one girl, maybe early 20s and looked quite athletic. However I was figuring out on how to use the locker and didn’t pay attention to her when she was changing. She did use a towel to cover her body while changing. As I later noticed that many girls would be fully naked while applying body lotion or packing their bags and clothes inside the locker room. I only asked her one question on how to use the locker and did not interact further with her.

In this sauna, there was an outdoor and indoor area. At the outdoor area, there’s two heated jacuzzi and I entered one which has some space, but not much left. As two ladies, probably in their twenties were chatting there. One had really good figure, proportionate and curvy at the right place. When these ladies left the jacuzzi, it provided a good perspective to appreciate their beauty. Thereafter, two guys entered the same small circular jacuzzi and one of the guy seemed like he was really intensely looking out at where were other hot girls positioned 😂.

When I went back to the indoor pool area, I saw one Asian lady maybe in early 30s who was fully naked when she walked around even to drink from the water fountain. She was there with a male partner but she didn’t use many of the facilities and lied on a swimming deck chair most of the time.

As it was a weekday evening, there was quite a number of office / professional career ladies who just finished work and had nice figures.

Towards the end when it was close to around 45-60 minutes before the closing time, I went to the shower. Here it was quite obvious as I saw one guy who spent quite a long time in the shower and he took strategic opportunities to look at other girls at the same time.

There was a group of 3-4 girls who are probably at the University student age group and they knew each other. While they showered, one came to the shower just beside me and it’s difficult not to have a small erection. Even after I had a release before coming to this sauna, it’s still not easy to prevent the small semi- erection. There were also other ladies in the 40s or more MILF - like ladies who showered at this time. I saw them staring at others and at me too but they looked me in the eye and didn’t look at my body.

Among the same group of 3-4 University age ladies, one of them continued to shower for a longer time and she gave her towel to one of her friend after she used it. She is quite brave to be naked and walked very confidently from the shower area to the changing room which is quite a distance away. I went to my local small sauna here in Sweden again recently on one of their mixed days. It's much more common here than in Germany with hairy pussies, I would say more than half were hairy.

Highlight of the day were two sisters, the older one (maybe 25) showing the younger (18-19) how it all works. It was a bit ENFy with the younger one getting progressivly more relaxed during the visit, she had a towel tight around here to begin with but at the end was going for swims with her sister showing everything. The direct Sauna World entrance takes you to the sauna area’s own changing room. At least when I was there last time - a few years back - people would tend to change, or rather strip, in the open. But there were rows of lockers that were too directly exposed to folks arriving fully dressed and I remember that most people seemed to avoid getting naked directly in front of those. You’ll get a sense of it when you get there.

The people who enter the Sauna World coming from the textile water park - that is, wearing swimsuits - tend to strip then and there, in the open, as soon as they arrive in the sauna area.

From your personal experience what was the age range in sauna world. Did young adults also use the textile free section?

I've seen similar when entering from a waterpark in Germany. You come out of a corridor into the open circulation area, where there are cubby holes to put your stuff in. You just have to stand there and strip, there's nowhere to hide.

Not Sauna World but in general I've always been surprised at the number of young people and how comfortable they are exposing themselves. I would say a third 20s to early 30s, a third 30s to 40s and a third over 50.

In my experience, the age range is very broad and the male/female ratio is balanced.

However, as in any such place, that depends on when exactly you go there. On a Monday during the day, in summer, for instance, all of that is much worse.
