Another video. There may be a few points of interest for those here but the majority is just me trying not to fall off the hire bike as I mostly rode one handed :p Starts with unedited footage of the ride as it heads towards and then down The Mall and back towards Wellington Arch. Then edited footage of riders returning. The obvious problem being that the GoPro is wide angle and the lens I was using is telephoto, so the footage and stills bare little resemblance to each other.

Amen. I've ridden it and I've photographed it. It's great fun, as long as you observe social norms. I would never dream of walking up close to a clothed stranger and photographing him/her, and it's the same for naked ones. If you want a photo of an individual, ask. It's not hard. Most people are happy to pose although understandably, some will want to know what the pic will be used for. And some don't want to be photographed, or ask you to keep their face out of it, which is fine.

What I would say is that at the end, there is a tiny minority of women who seem to enjoy posing for groups of people taking pics. Those women are saints for three reasons:
1) That takes the pressure off the other riders who just want to get dressed and dissapear
2) Because they are happy to pose, the photos are generally a lot better
3) I am sure they know that some/most of the men taking those photos will wank off to them and/or post them on forums like this, and they are still seemingly happy to smile and pose for 20+ cameras. And that is pretty hot.

Wellington Arch start. Interesting to see that quite a few ladies snap/film the event. Nothing to grab the attention here but this video could be used as a how not to start a ride warning to future marshals... ;)
