we are currently in France, at Le Lavandou.
My wife's topless everyday at the beach.
In july there were a few other women and girls topless, but less in August.
About 5-10% depending ..

It's those damn wanna be gigolos who hit on every woman they see on the beach.

my wife was topless yesterday as everyday and we have seen two guys take pictures or movies of her. She was glad saying that if the guy loves her body, everything is ok.
It depends how you take it

Some beaches have a "no photos/videos" rule.

nude beach yes, but not classical pubic beach

I think some beaches (and other venues) have a no pics of children policy.
