Bush si growing this year, but ...

WNBR fashion seems to involve more bush for ladies this year (and less for gentlemen).
However, you can see her lips anyway! |

There's a Facebook event page that was created recently. Apparently there might also be one tomorrow, as announced by one of the local radio stations. So maybe Victoria gets two rides this year? |
Complaints from Bristol
There's a discussion amongst the Bristol riders about this thread.
Seriously if this forum stays this obsessive, cataloguing women and digging into their social media, fewer and fewer women will take part. If you want to know the women better, go on a ride and chat with them. You'll never meet a happier and friendly crowd. Don't be so creepy and stalk them online. If you are going to photograph London or Brighton at the weekend, don't be an idiot. Actually join in. You don't need to post all your images in high-resolution for bragging rights. Take photos of the smiles, not close up body parts. Chat, make friends and enjoy. It's a lot better than sitting behind a computer screen :) The rides are wonderful, but fragile. Behave with respect and we can all enjoy them for years to come. |

It's a whole can of worms, but on a different thread a while back, Fango said something about being creeped out about the posting of images found on non-WNBR-related social media, too. It just doesn't seem worth it to me, and certainly not if the riders are understandably bothered by it. |
I am confused? The riders are doing this in public and are moaning because their pics have appeared online?? There is no expectation of privacy, so we have the right to admire them. I still want to see high res images and close ups, like I am sure the most of you here do too - this is an adult forum, not an art forum!?!
Where is the labia thread? |

1) Photographers - take respectful photos. Go for photos of smiling women, not intimate close ups. If you aren't happy showing what you just took to the rider, to their face, don't take it. 2) Forum members - enjoy the photos of the riders, but don't obsess over them. You don't know them, don't be creepy and try to look them up on social media and catalogue all their previous rides. Do this and I reckon most women riders will be happy enough to keep on riding. Better yet, join us on a ride (but don't cover yourself or bike in cameras...) and you'll see what a special and wonderful thing WNBR is. It is so much more than the photos you see here. |

But we are riding for a cause other than the pleasure of the forum members here. I know riders are bothered by the creepiness of forums like this. It puts women off. If it continues or gets worse, there will be fewer women riders for the likes of you to admire next year. So what would you prefer? a)back off a bit and enjoy more respectful photos of women for years to come b)keep up the creepy cataloguing and demanding close ups & clothed photos from social media accounts. There will be plenty more photos of dicks as the women start to disappear (there were definitely fewer women at Cardiff this year) |
