OK, this is probably a dumb question, but what exactly is a "fake pic"? Photoshopped? Altered somehow? Something else entirely? I understand, I think what a "pro pic" is, and what a "watermarked pic" is, but what's a "fake pic"?

Exactly. Naked bodies or nip slips photoshopped onto clothed pictures, or heads photoshopped onto someone else's naked body. Google "celebrity fakes" for examples. But it's done with amateur pics, too.
