Hello… American girl living in Germany with German husband. I’ve only gone to the textile free sauna once with my husband, and I guess you could say I had an out of body experience. I’m a really really shy girl so my coping mechanisms kicked in and really kind of made it so it all felt like a fever dream afterwards. The day we went to the sauna, 90% of the patrons were men over the age of 60. Some of the time it would just be here and I in a sauna, and then some older man. You hit the wrong sauna or wrong time if it was only old men. Look for a sauna with a balanced crowd, the other nude women will make things easier for you. When you're a bit used to it and want a bit more exhibition you can still go back to the old men. Clothing optional times, if they are offered also have their own spice.

I've been to a few saunas, and there are usually several young women by themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if guys take a quick glance at your body, maybe a quick peek at your tits, ass, and especially pussy, but they shouldn't disturb you.
