Unfortunately, you're basically beating your forehead against a wall attempting what you're attempting with the equipment you have. It looks like you've removed the exif so I can't see exactly what you're using for a camera but it looks like it may be captures from cell phone videos. Or just a low resolution cell phone camera. Either way, you will never ever get decent photos from a cell phone in the conditions where you're shooting. The "goods" are in shadows so the cell phone will never meter right and will also not focus in the right place for the same reason. And you can't control where it focuses. And to do things properly in your situations you really also need to use flash. Many of the fails that Tonto has posted on this thread would be successes with the use of extra light from a flash. A large accessory flash. If you're committed to the equipment you have now I highly recommend that you go find some Tonto-like park situations where there's much more light on your subjects.

Without trying to sound negative I'd just like to add my 2 cents worth, but please understand i'm not trying to put you down, but in my view you are taking on a very dangerous activity for very little return. To get "good" shots in this sort of thing you need balls of steel, it is something I would never try and I do have the right equipment. I am far too old to be spending time in gaol (yes, thats how it's spelt outside of America). But if that's your thing, go for it but be very very careful, and I hope you can run fast. Good luck.
