From Crispus-
given it's part of a series from a Russian exhib model (google Nevapliusha) and that there are Cyrillic letters in some of the set whence your example (see xfoto.su/v.php?id=&pod_id=267 ) I'd say definitely not USA at least, and quite possibly Moscow or environs.

I know it does not strickly follow the rules, since the girl is not naked in the picture, but I feel my life will not be complete until I know the location of this artistic masterpiece, the fish monster statue...
