Would you also recommend it on a weekday?

Therme Canada Spa

"Therme Canada is building an urban wellbeing oasis on the West Island at Ontario Place. Based on a concept that’s attracted millions of visitors in Europe"

Interesting. I'll have to visit the spa when it opens for "research" purposes to see if it is a mixed gender nude spa.

Definetley, I have been there several times, but during cold months. I started around 4 pm until it closed at around 10 pm. Lots of young people go there after work or university.

There are a few sun chairs inside next to the small nudist pool. When you "relax" there, you have a magnificent view of the naked hotties entering or leaving the pool as well as the people coming out of the indoor saunas and heading to the showers.

Might as well visit that one. Although during summer there won't be a university crowd.

As I said: I highly recommend this free option!

Thank you.

Anyone can give me a feedback on Fried****bad or Cara**lla therme in baden baden?. I have read quite opposite reviews

C--- is okay. I'll always have a soft spot for it because it was my first introduction to Germany's Thermen, and the facilities are pretty nice in both the textil and textilfrei areas. But the textilfrei area was small enough that I assumed it was the norm and made some planning errors in another Therme later on, thinking it'd be the same. When I went, there weren't many people in there and they were largely on the older side, but it's only one afternoon's observation.

F--- is great, but not especially for the purposes of this forum. (Not entirely a loss there, admittedly: I did get a pretty international set of co-bathers, but there weren't many.) I was surprised that the regimented visit really is as relaxing as advertised and I found it well worth it on that front. It's relatively unique and is better thought of as an attempted recreation of Classical bathing practices than a practical place for modern social nudity like other German Thermen and Saunas, if that makes any sense.

For what it's worth, when I went to a different, much larger Therme later on, I realized that I probably could have skipped C--- but remained glad I went to F---. But the more important point is: if you're in town for one, there's really no reason not to do both.

And which one would that be in the Freiburg region?

For this kind of info google "Freiburg fkk". Ignore the "FKK Club" or similar, they are brothels. Read the articles written by newspapers or magazines. This approach works for any place in Germany.

I would visit these two.

And when you find a cozy place ask others there in a friendly way for other places.

Has anyone been to B*dep*r*dies Schw*rzwald? I'm going somewhere nearby and found this about 90 minutes away. It seems similar to TE but probably smaller. Can anyone give some feedback on if it's worth the trip.
