two weeks without centerfolds ... they really stopped ?

They often have a few weeks without. They aren't likely to change anything because of a comment from one old woman who was a student decades ago.

The only difference this time is, in the past when there wasn't a centrefold, it was because:

a) it was the beginning of the year, before the clubs have really started up, or
b) there was some special feature insert instead (e.g. guide for freshmen, student government election guide, etc.).

However, for the past two weeks, the centrefold has been replaced only by regular articles. So, yes, I'm a bit worried...

these centrefolds mainly function to advert various clubs and events. it's possible that at the end of the term, there aren't as many groups caring to advert anything since it's nearly summer and time for finals. i guess we will find out in the fall. though i would doubt that a tradition of these photos, going back well into last decade, could stop due to a few letters. surely 100's of parents and others have seen these photos over the years without incident.

I think that if no current student complained, they will probably keep the centrefolds, but if even one single current student wrote a complaint, then there are good chances that they will quietly drop them, especially if the student is one of the "social leaders" in search of visibility or trying to establish herself as an untouchable by virtue of being a troublemaker.

Are we really going to go down this obnoxious road? Let's try to keep things on track.

Not just another "degree farm" :

"Currently ranked 8th in the world in the 2015-16 QS World University Rankings, Imperial College London is a world-leading university whose reputation for excellence in teaching and research attracts students and staff of the highest international quality."
