We're here all week and it's already been been incredible! Tuesday was a bit cold, but today was absolutely perfect.

How was your time at Blacks? It's always a bit iffy this time of year if you're going to get all guys down there or plenty of women as well. Sometimes with the lessened lifeguard presence in the winter people can be a little more playful as well :D

We definitely did! It was perfect up until about 3 or so, then it seemed like the temp dropped 10 degrees with the wind.

Overall it was great. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, also surprisingly busy today.

I'm moving to Phoenix, AZ soon. Blacks beach is doable for weekend trips by car. What is the weather like this time of year? I was under the impression that its too cold in the winter, but if it's not, the wifey and I will be there often.

Just check the weather reports. Any day over 70 deg. is good

Water is cold, but air can be nice, even up to the 80's sometimes in the winter. As recommended, check the 10 day weather report. 6 easy hours drive from Phoenix to Blacks Beach.

This is the greatest thread ever. I've been going to Blacks since 1987 and I've seen plenty of people come and go over the years. I recognized a lot of people from the pics that I've seen here that I had long since forgotten. Love the beach and love this thread. Thanks to all those that contribute here.
