Its in their “stories” you have to have an Instagram account. Then click on the circle of their profile pic and it will ask view story or watch live video. Select watch live video.

I cant send a link or save the video. You have to go to their profile to see it but better go quick it’s only up for 24 hours

Yes that is the correct profile. I don’t know what else to say. Open it in the app tap on the circle profile pic in the upper left corner and it should give you the options.
