this time it is a gif for a pair of pencil-leg jeans, but the model is wearing bikini panties, so I guess it counts. The article above referred to the model as being topless, but actually closer examination reveals that she is wearing a flesh-colored top. I had a little trouble with the getting the GIF to play, but finally found that Apple's QuickTime player handled it OK.

Now I came across a site from Brasil selling lingerie..... and they did not even bother a bit to cover something up ... instead they nicely showed why we like sheer lingerie :D

A friend who worked for the local newspaper called me one evening and told me to look for a certain ad in the next day's paper. He was looking at a proof, and he had just called an advertising agency that put together ads for the department store Hecht's.

The black and white ad he was discussing with them was of a model in underwear that clearly showed her publc hair which was supposed to be airbrushed out. Evidently they had put this ad together using the wrong image or someone decided to play a prank.

In any event, it was too late to pull and the ad ran. I had forgotten all about it until I found an old file in a box. I am sorry it does not show as well in the scan as it does in person, and over the years the paper has faded too.
