It must be online, since those screencaps came from somewhere, but I wouldn't get my hopes up too high. I've been searching for that scene for 8 or 9 years, and this is as close as I've ever gotten to finding it. It's not available on DVD, and I don't think it was ever even put on VHS.

Very rare to find a scene like this in any format, but to find it on prime time television, in the 1970's, is truly amazing. Law enforcement personel are almost never depicted in this fashion. I can only think of a few instances in which policewomen were forced to undress in films/TV; Knockin' on Heaven's Door; two cops are forced to strip and are tied up-clip is on OCC, TAR; female cop has her uniform and car stolen at gunpoint-I'm searching for that clip, Takin it Off; a humorous scene in which a female cop is hypnotized into stripping, and this scene from Baretta. Does anyone know of any others?

TAR ? is the full name ? That scene though sounds great and you are correct - too few scenes where policewomen lose their clothes.

Yes, TAR is the full title. It was a low budget film made in 1996. It starred Nicole Prescott (she plays the cop who gets stripped). Another scene I just remembered; Grace Park being forced to strip in the recent Hawaii Five-0 remake.
