This is another commercial for IMAS Aeromeccanica, just like the one posted earlier in this thread. I think this one is using the same model, although the image quality is much higher and she's wearing a different outfit.

This is the uncensored version on an MG car ad from the early 2000s. Two women come out of a store, one of them wearing a flowing red dress. Two guys in their new car see them and speed up, figuring that the speed of their passing car will blow the woman's skirt up. They figured right and hit the jackpot.
