Long shot request here, but I know a few people on here have good memory so I'll try.

It's from Japan or somewhere in Asia. An asian woman is given a bikini to put on, either from a dare or lost a bet. She puts it on and goes through an arcade where other people are walking about.

She gets on this kiddie merry go round and then some guys start squirting her with squirt guns. Her bikini starts to come apart and she's horribly embarrassed.
