I've only been to this beach once (late August this year) and was very impressed with the amount of nude people there. Mainly couples but it was an equal girl/guy ratio.

Is this beach only busy in the summer months? If i drove out there on a hot day would there be much action?

Good news! I got a new camera! It's definitely far more capable of taking better footage. Bad news, need more practice with its controls and aiming it. Lost a bit of good footage aimed up at the hills, or hitting record at the wrong time.

finally got down to Blacks this past weekend...when I arrived there were only about a dozen others laying about but soon it began to fill up nicely and by the time I left maybe 50 people had arrived...nice to see the numbers up...lots of coeds from UCSD also there to counter the senior citizens all about....Elaine

Blacks today
 
I took advantage of this weather today and made it down to Blacks. Sunny all day and hot.
It seemed like it was more crowded than it really was because the tide was so high and there are large areas of muddy sand so the usable nice sand area is smaller than usual.
Lots of beautiful women down there today. A gorgeous tattooed brunette to the south of the trail at the end of the day.
All in all a perfect day at Blacks and probably the last bit of beach weather for awhile.
