Love it when a somewhat prudish participant works up the courage to go fully nude in a subsequent ride. Turns out the fit brunette I posted a number of pics of recently from London 2019 only went topless (even wearing pants) just a few years prior (not sure of the exact year). Totally different look, but it's def her, and still gorgeous.

This is almost certainly Philadelphia based on the pre-ride park paint-up and the bodypaint seen on multiple riders in the second pic. Bodypaint is a fixture at the Philly ride, whereas it's less common at London rides.

To my knowledge, there isn't a "California" WNBR. There is a San Francisco ride as well as a Los Angeles one, and there may be others in the state as well. But there isn't one with that official title.
