Allen Henson, Photographer, Sued Over Topless Photos Atop Empire State Building

Hensen has recently taken photos of women topless in crowded NYC restaurants.

Last August, a model climbed to the crowded observation deck and took her top off as 30-year-old photographer Allen Henson captured the image on his cell phone.

The photo quickly went viral on the internet and angered the owners of the Empire State Building, one of the most popular tourist attractions in New York City, who said the observation deck was full of tourists, including children, at the time the photo was taken.

"We were doing a social experiment," said Henson, adding he has been photographing fashion models for three years and also shot photos of topless women in Central Park and in Manhattan's Peninsula Hotel.

Henson began taking the series of photos after becoming aware of a May 2013, New York City memorandum that prevents police officers from arresting women who expose their breasts in public.

Henson said he wanted to test the social implications of the rule, but added that the pictures atop the Empire State Building were not taken in a professional capacity.

As calmly as if she had left behind her keys, Kaye walked inside again, sat down at her seat and dressed.

"Look," Rowe nudged the woman next to him.

By the time the woman craned her neck to see, Kaye and Drouillard were gone.

"She was completely nude," Rowe said. "Naked."

That picture will probably be a postcard in the future, or possibly inside a calendar, or even hung in an art gallery. It was the artist Drouillard's first visit to St. Petersburg, and already things were going better than expected

Peru authorities crackdown on naked photos and streaking at Machu Picchu

6 women stage nude protest outside Louvre in Paris

Penn Women's Lacrosse Team Gets Naked & Trashes Bar

The incident is currently under investigation by Penn’s Athletic Department.

The event was a pre-planned party hosted by the Penn women’s lacrosse team scheduled from 9-11 p.m., [the bar’s general manager, Casey ] Neff said, although he added that the group stayed much later.

In the email, the bar owner complained that the team members intentionally broke facilities such as a light fixture which caused a “broken glass hazard.” The students also allegedly stole a bottle of liquor from the bar and attempted to steal a six-pack of beer. Neff claimed that the lacrosse players also smoked marijuana in the bathroom and exposed a young woman’s genitals to the “adulation of the rest of the party.” They also allegedly tipped less than 4 percent on the $1,300 tab.

“We want people to have fun. We are happy that people come out,” Neff said. “But that was well above and beyond [the standard] of normal behavior.

Nope, the sentence is fine. The only seemingly "non-standard" part is actually fine in the Commonwealth Countries (this article is from New Zealand) where they use the plural for a group-noun like a team or a country.

Naked woman charged

A married head teacher and a colleague have been suspended after an alleged sex tape of him in his school office was circulated by pupils.
The 30-second video, which was posted on YouTube, depicts the head teacher’s closed office door with the sound of groans coming from behind it.
Graham Daniels, 50, is understood to have been suspended while school governors investigate a complaint from parents.
The video is believed to have been filmed on a camera phone at Bryn Tawe School in Swansea. However, it is not known when it was filmed.

Naked woman flees home after burglars break in while she’s showering

Somehow managing to avoid detection, she was able to get to her car and quickly flee the premises.

For most people, the next priority would be to find a new set of clothes, or a housecoat, a paper bag – something.

But there was still a crime in progress at her house – and she wasn’t about to let the would-be burglars get away with it.

“I came back and got their license plate,” she said. “I had a full description of the car before I left but I came back a second time just to see, and the third time around I saw all four of them walking out of my house.”
