The pass for some of the protected albums is: 1234. I could not figure out the passwords to other protected albums. Has anyone seen any 2009 or 2010 pictures from the nude beach at Koktebel on any of these Russian photo album sites?

dixler: for the folders that list 1234 that will of course be the pass, but for the others, although the most common "ez" or "просто" pass is 123 at photofile.ru, an ominous sign can be seen by looking at the right of the box the folders are in - where it says "Просмотры: сегодня 649, всего 44098" (basically translates to "Views: Today 649, to date 44098") for one of the ones to which the pass is 1234, it says "Просмотры: 104" for one with no pass listed; if it's only had 104 total views in 10 months, the pass won't be one that's easy to guess. In that case somebody (and most likely somebody who actually knows some Russian, rather than a hunt-and-peck sort like me) will have to ask the photofile poster for the pass, and whether that would be forthcoming, well...as to Koktebel pictures, and assuming you mean specifically those from Neptune Festival, there were a few from luv_da_beach earlier in this thread; the ones we all hope for, of course, are those by imgsrc user belka, whose passes almost all used to be 54321, but unfortunately that no longer works, so the same stipulation as for photofile user mihailo probably applies...

Interestingly, the photos at the 2008 EH gallery linked by 69|69 contain many of the same ones, at the same dimensions and about the same size, as the ones I posted back in this thread at #224-5. I was a little apprehensive, then, opening the 2010 EH set, that they would have all been in this thread already, but just as there were a couple in the '08 that I hadn't seen, there were these from '10: I'm sorry about the funky filenames, but for some reason "adult" pictures from photofile always seem to load for me as bmp, so I had to convert them all to jpg...

...and here's the "kingdavid special" I was trying to finish the last post with, before I ran out of time, even in the 15-minute edit window, because the Manage Attachments box twice conked out on me, once with a "502 Bad Gateway" message, then later a "Webpage Expired" message. Ah well...

I ask for a password on the closed galleries. If he would give, then I'll let you know.

What's the best way round the .bmp thing? Rather annoying when the quality is so good.

Convert it to JPG. If you're using Windows, just open the picture in MS Paint and "Save As..." as JPG. Alternately, there are free programs out there that can batch convert pictures if you have a lot of BMPs.

I did a cursory search without result, but apologies to all if these have been posted before; after I found them, I noticed they were duplicated on my drive, but only in the "to be converted from bmp" file, which means I got those first versions from photofile.ru (most probably from 69|69's elcoyote alias, so thanks/apologies to him whether or not they've appeared here already!). The link to the set these are from came up in a search for "Фестиваль Купала," which translates to "Festival Kupala" (interestingly, no Ivan or variants thereof), so thanks also to whoever suggested using that specific term...
