Thanks Ricardo. I do understand it's something along those lines. It just seems a little bit counter-intuitive and contradictory to me, to be simultaneously both uninhibited and zealously protective. Obviously though they have the right to shape their own subculture. But I have the right to complain about it!

I think this girl from London is quite pretty. Have we seen her before?

A few more pics of what I guess we're now calling the ENF Girl from the Bristol ride. She doesn't look nearly as ENF in the other photos we've seen.

I've spent quite a bit of time analyzing that ENF photo sequence as well as other photos of the ride (including the time/GPS stamps to put them in context), and I have a couple pretty good theories as to what happened to make her so embarrassed at that specific time. I'm going to wait to see more photos and try to gather evidence, but at some point I'm going to put together a post with all her photos in sequence, with a time line, and my thoughts as to what was going on.

Not yet, but soon. Maybe post 1,000?

I know that you will want to know that the ENF girl is called Emma, so the initials ENF are almost correct, but I will not write her surname here.

We haven't seen nearly enough of this redhead from Bristol.

I have not seen much from the Cardiff WNBR this year, but from these shots (and the ones I have not bothered to save), it was a mostly naked male/topless female type of ride.

Not surprised, it was bloody cold, I stayed in and fitted a sink. Did think about doing one of the Sunday rides but the weather was worse.

Upset I missed the skinny dip a Rhossili, we would have gone to that despite the weather.

Have we seen anything from (Old) York yet? I looks to have been small, but based on this sampling the female riders were quite attractive! A couple nude, a few others topless, but this looks to be pre-ride so I'm hoping there was more as the ride went on.

Speaking of Yorks, I know the New York ride (6/11 like most) was cancelled due to dangerous weather, and was supposed to be rescheduled. It was an up-and-comer last year, so let's keep our eyes out for it.

Thanks, Pedro; don't know if it's been noted yet, but it seems last year's popular-with-at-least-some-here steward filled that role again (1 from this year, 2 from last). Also, after I saw a similar back view to the ukelelist you posted just now (my 3 and 5, your 3 too), I knew I wanted something like the view the snapper in my wider-angle version got: this (4) was as close as I found. Speaking of photographers, check the direction on that "small-format" kneeler in the fourth shot!

I generally leave the London pics to others. There are so many of them that I have a hard time sorting out the wheat from the chaff. The first couple however are definitely wheat.

Missing Hot Repeat London Riders
 

Almost a fortnight after this year's London ride, and seeing videos and picture collections that probably show most of the notable female riders at least once, it seems like many "stars" from past rides did not make a repeat appearance this year.

Among those missing, as has been noted, is the other "Tandem Rider" from last year. But also missing after repeating for a couple, if not several years are the slim woman with the full body tattoos and dark glasses, the small blond who wore a wide brimmed dress hat, and pearls two years ago, and a less wind resistant straw hat last year. There are at least a dozen female riders from the last few years who immediately come to mind who were no shows this year.

Among the most easily recognized repeaters is the woman with the bright red wig and dark glasses, who always poses for the crowd in Hyde Park, the very slender dark haired woman who wears the same right wrist bracelets and a cell phone case on her left arm, and the other adorable "tandem girl" from last year, and her covered solo ride the year before.

You have to wonder if the non-repeaters found something more exciting to do on a June afternoon, figured they'd had enough, and kind of "been there and done that," or if they decided they didn't want any more full nude full size and increasingly detailed pictures of them popping up all over the Internet all over the world for years to come.

As guys, and it is almost exclusively guys, go through this year's crop of London pictures it will be interesting to see how many hot fully exposed women repeat from year to year. In looking at the London pictures so far, it looks like there may have been a small net decline in those numbers this year.

(I looked hard for a couple of pictures of veterans who repeated this year, and couldn't find any unwatermarked that had not already been posted.)

Unless I am 'losing it', how did the girl in the background of this shot manage to evade these pages for so long! She is damn cute and fully nude, where are the other shots, there must be more?

Heads Up: New York Ride Re-scheduled for July 27th
 

Just for the record: The "ride no matter what" New York WNBR has been rescheduled to:

"Date: Sunday, July 24, 2011
Time: Body painting starts at 3, participants gather at 4pm, ride departs by 5pm. Assembly and body painting begins before ride, we ride out (in waves as needed) after our media moment at 4:00. Arrive early for body painting and socializing! Volunteers plan on coming early if possible to locations above.
Location: East River Park in Manhattan at Delancey Street, just south of Williamsburg bridge; final route will be communicated to riders who show up only.

We ask that photographers/press help create a safe space by being respectful, asking permission to photograph and encouraging others to do so. We also ask that photographers/press arrive no earlier than 4pm. Be sure to check in with a volunteer to provide your contact information, and be aware that some areas of starting point may be off-limits. Use caution when photographing the ride as it is in motion. Ideally, you can share some of your work towards promoting the ride and its causes in the future. There will be absolutely NO PHOTOGRAPHY at the AFTER-PARTY.

It is legal for both men and women to be completely topless in NYC. This was recently confirmed by an NYPD spokesperson. Participants who go bottom-less do so at their own risk. Nobody has been detained or ticketed for this in the previous two years of WNBR NYC. It is highly recommended that riders obey police orders to cover up to the legal minimum if given."

And don't forget that Philadelphia has its big WNBR on Sunday September 4th, 2011 at dusk. So this year's WNBR rides are not over yet, at least, on the East Coast of the US.

I remember she left Hyde Park wearing a bra but then rode topless for some part of the ride.

Not Likely The Same Girl !
 

While both women have long blond hair, the face dimensions are not the same, the smiles are different.

This year's girl has a longer face and more narrow smile, last year's a rounder face, and wider smile.

The breasts also don't appear to be the same, but that could change with body weight differences over the year.

That's all opinion, but the tell tale sign is the tattoo along the left side of the bikini line of last year's girl. It is clearly visible in both pictures if you look closely.

The picture of this year's girl shows her left side, and her bikini is even slightly more revealing and shows no sign of the tattoo, or even the remnants of one.

Definitely not the same girl.
