my wife is a good bit younger than me and I think some of it just may be the times? Like she has zero hair and never has, started shaving when she started shaving her legs...she said the same goes for all of her friends. She said she's never seen any landing strip or anything on any girl her age that she's seen. (this is also in the USA and she's about to turn 30 for reference)
