I can't swear it isn't Paris (plein d'eglises as it is), but I'd be amazed if it were Sacre Coeur, even more so after checking a couple hundred photos I found on line: there are features the picture has that SC hasn't, and features SC has that I don't see in the picture. As in these two, if original filenames were preserved, the search could often be easier; you might even find the unexpected, e.g. that the second, featuring a woman from FEMEN, a Ukrainian protest group some here have followed, was taken in another part of Europe altogether...

Like I wrote earlier, it's not the Sacre Coeur, but the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow.

The policeman on the 2nd picture you attached has a badge "Polizia" which is Italian, so it must be Italy.
