I would tell her, fairly soon after. Accidental exposure is not the same as purposely exposing. It would be embarrassing to her unless it was planned. And, I wouldn't want to be the one engaged in embarrassing her.

I would tell her after a few seconds of getting a good view myself. Unfortunately the closest this has happened to her was on our honeymoon in St. Lucia. We were walking along the beach when I was going to take a bikini pic of her. She walked into the water and as she turned to face me a wave knocked her down. It did pull her bottoms down but she noticed right away and pulled them up before standing up so I never saw anything. There was the one time at a family get together in a motel pool a couple of years ago when while holding a cousins young child, the child pulled at Lisa’s bikini top exposing her nip for a few seconds to my cousin, her husband and myself.

My answer: The key for me is a couple you choose. If it is my best friend, I choose my wife. But since I get to choose the couple, I pick some other friends. The wife is someone I have wanted to see naked for a long time, but haven’t. So my answer is the other female loses. If my wife happens to be down to panties, it would be a double win for me.

I would pick a couple my wife is friends with. She has a minor crush on the husband.

I would pick my wife to lose, so he could see her in all her glory.

I mainly just noticed when we're at functions, that they innocently flirt back and forth. Nothing has ever happened, that's as far as it's ever gone.
