The format is simple: regular speed dating, with four-minute meetings, a mingle and a yes, no or friends column to tick. The only thing missing, in fact, is your apparel.

Two BBC journalists are stripping off to host a new podcast about body confidence.

Jenny Eells and Kat Harbourne, from BBC Radio Sheffield, will be completely naked when they interview their guests - who will also agree to ditch their clothes.

The women hope that by all being in the nude, they will encourage a more open and honest conversation about self-confidence and body taboos.

What in the world is the point of doing a naked audio podcast? Will there at least be some kind of accompanying video somewhere?

Totally agree. I make 'naked podcasts' but accompany them with uncensored pics and occasional videos. The BBC thing is another opportunity missed X
