Loving this thread - panties in public is a big fetish for me, sexier than nude IMO. Here's some I've taken on local beaches in recent years. The first couple must have come out for a walk on a cloudy, hazy day thinking it wouldn't be very warm, but when they got to the beach it was hot and humid so they took off their jeans. From a distance I thought she was wearing grey panties (1st pic) but when they stopped for a rest I could sneak up for a closer look and they were a sort of swirly pattern. Nice.
3rd pic is of a younger couple who had stopped for lunch on a major hike (they had big packs and heavy boots). He had stripped off completely and she had kept on her little white panties. Quality is not great as they were shot from some distance on a cheap cam, but I like 'em.
