Okay, now I really have to know, what’s the source of these pics?!? Phenomenal, HQ shots, especially of the painting party (moreso still as 2018 seems to be much more devoid of paint party pics compared to years past).

Thanks! No idea how I missed his pics - I follow him on Flickr...maybe his uploads got buried by everyone else’s in my feed?

Anyhow, looks like we really only have Falkenburg and Willie posting painting party photos. Clickr73 has one promising shot that appears as though it was taken at the painting party, but my hopes are dashed that there’d be a second batch uploaded to his 2018 album :(. Coverage in 2017 by comparison was quite phenomenal, both in quality and quantity, probably the best documented year IMHO.

I personally enjoy finding little themes within the larger event. I'm weird that way.

Of course it's probably my over active imagination, but the scooter girl appears in several photo collections at different stages of the event. Judging by her facial expressions, it appears to me that what was a great adventure at the start gradually takes its physical toll. Finally finished, she can get off of her feet.
