I recently had access to the Serving Sara DVD, and while the film itself is terrible, the EUF scene is one of the best. It's worth purchasing, especially if you can find it cheap (I've seen it for $4.99). Some interesting notes from the director's commentary track; the panties that Elizabeth Hurley wore in this scene were not from wardrobe, they were her own. According to the director, everyone on the set that day was very impressed with Liz's choice of underwear (I'll bet). In the "making of" segment, Ms. Hurley mentions that everyone's favorite part of the movie was the "baggage handler" scene, but she hated filming it. To paraphrase (in her incredibly sexy british accent); "It was hot, and uncomfortable. I was sweating....I got my pants ripped off (laughing)"
