IMG is a common naming convention for digital cameras. I have shot only Canon's for 15 years now (not trying to start a flame war tho!) and they have always named their pics "IMG_####" where the #'s are a running/sequential number that cycles through 0001 to 9999 and then turns over like a car's odometer. It doesn't have any meaning to the file format - those are often jpegs, but you can save in RAW and other formats too.

I know of her as a nude model and have seen some of her work here and there. If you google her name, you'll find her Facebook "public figure" page and her personal FB page, as well as her ModelMayhem.com model page (you may not be able to see her nude stuff on MM without a membership, and it's hard to get one). One photographer I know (he posts on DeviantArt.com as "Jon Mann") shot a series of her with another model, with some light bondage and implied g/g stuff. He saves the hotter stuff for purchase downloads. There's lots of Tilly stuff out there. I'd like to shoot her some day.
