Sorry but all I see is Welcome to North Caroline State Line. With NC state flag on the sign

From the first page of this thread:

While you may select a more or less specific/creative feature (here, the first example is multiple views from the same set of pictures, while the second is multiple views of the same woman in the same picture), you may not select a specific feature not in your example; it would have been permissible to say "Welcome-to-a-state sign" or "Welcome-to-NC sign." Let's try to remember that the "genius" concept also presupposes we're all smart enough to follow basic directions...oh, and the feature (from the second picture below) I want you to post is "naked behind gauzy curtains," which I think is challenging, but hardly insanely so:
